How to create an account on DigiLocker?
- First visit digilocker.gov.in or digitallocker.gov.in.
- After this, click on Check in on the appropriate.
- A new page will open where enter your mobile number.
- After this DigiLocker will send an OTP to the mobile number you entered.
- After this set your username and password.
- Now you will use DigiLocker.
- You can also use the DigiLocker app by downloading it from Android’s Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store. According to the Download DigiLocker website, DigiLocker has over 130 million registered users so far. On DigiLocker, approximately 6.6 lakh documents have been e-signed and 1 crore 90 lakh documents have been uploaded.
How to upload documents in DigiLocker?
- Log on to download DigiLocker.
- Go to Uploaded Documents on the left and click Upload.

- Then click on upload button.
