- Degree in law from any Indian university or other institution deemed acceptable by the University Grants Commission.
- Enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar (Provisionally enrolled individuals are also eligible).
Gujarat HC Legal Assistant Recruitment 2022 Age Criteria
Candidates who were born between December 31, 1986 and December 31, 2004, are eligible to apply for the aforementioned position. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and 35 years old by the deadline for submitting an online application, which is December 31, 2022.

Gujarat High Court Recruitment 2022 Salary
Currently, the selected candidates are eligible to receive a fixed salary of Rs. according to the Legal Department’s Resolution No. 20,000 per month HCT/102004/4015/D, Gujarat Government, dated July 16, 2018.

Process Fees
