Gujarat TET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Details about Gujarat 2023 eligibility criteria are given below:

Elementary Teacher Level (1-5):

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks is required.
Final 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / 2-year Diploma in Special Education are also eligible.
Candidates who have B.Sc. / BA / with 50% marks and BEd qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.

Upper Primary Teacher Level (6-8):

Applicants with B.Sc/ BA or appearing in final 2-year BA / D.Ed. / B.Sc. Passed / Passed in B.Ed / Sr. Secondary with minimum 45% marks or Passed / Passed in 4-year BA / B.Sc.Ed.
BA (Ed.) / Final 4-year (B.L.Ed) / B.Ed B.Sc. (Ed.), (Special Education) with minimum 50% in B.SC or BA are eligible for GTET.
