Bamboo or tree branches are used to construct this mandap.

Eligibility of candidate to Kacha Mandap Sahay Yojana Gujarat 2023
Certain eligibility of assistance scheme has been fixed for trellises of raw mandap tomato/chilli and other vegetables. Which are as follows.
- The scheme is available to General, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers.
- A farmer can take the benefit of this scheme maximum 3 times.
- The farmer has to use 1600 pieces per hectare of wood or bamboo supports for kacha mandap.
- The farmer has to use 400 kg GI wire per hectare of 12-18 gauge.
- The farmer has to keep an approximate distance of 2.50 x 2.50 meters for the semi-paved mandap.
- For the raw mandap component of vegetable crops, the farmer holding more than 1.00 hectare area will have to adopt Micro Irrigation System (M.I.S.) compulsorily.
- A farmer is eligible for assistance up to a maximum of 2.0 hectares per account.

Tomato/chilly and other vegetables can be produced more than raw Mandap gate cultivation. A scheme has been launched by the government for this. The objective of this scheme is to provide assistance to the farmer cultivating tomato/chilli and other vegetables through kacha mandap.

- For Scheduled Caste Farmers
per hectare Rs. 52,000 in Rs. 75% of the cost to the caste farmer subject to a maximum of Rs. 39,000/ha. able to get help up to the amount of

How to apply Kacha Mandap Sahay Yojana Gujarat 2023
To avail the Trellis Subsidy Scheme for Kacha Mandap Tomato, Chilli and other vegetables, farmers have to fill the form online from the nearest taluka office or can also apply online at home.
- Search I Khedut Portal on google to apply online.
- After that you will see I Khedut Portal Official website on the screen click on it.
- Now on I Khedut portal official click on “Schemes” written.
- After clicking here, you will see “Horticulture Schemes” written on the screen.
- Click on “Horticulture Schemes” then click on “Apply” in “Raw Mandap Tomato/Chilli and other vegetable trellises” in it.
- After clicking, an application form will appear in front of you, fill in the required information and submit the form.
- Print out the application form and submit it along with the required documents to the address given on the application form.
