The Election Commission of Gujarat has announced a brief amendment program for the electoral roll. In which d. From 5-4-2023 to 20-4-2023 various operations related to electoral roll can be done. Which are as follows.
- Entering a new name in the electoral roll
- Reducing names from the electoral roll
- Amend the name
- Change of address
Electoral Roll Correction Form
For Electoral Roll Reform Program 2023 different forms have to be filled for different tasks which are as follows.
- Entry of new name: If you want to enter a new name in the voter list then form no. 6 has to be filled. Those who complete 18 years on 1-4-2023 can fill this form.
- Deletion of name: If for any reason the name is to be deleted from the electoral roll then form no. 7 has to be filled.
- Correction of name: If there is any correction in your name etc. in the electoral roll then form no. 8 has to be filled.
- Change of address: For change of address in electoral roll form no. 8-k has to be filled.
During these business hours, you can obtain all of the aforementioned forms by contacting your local BLO.
