How to fill online form for RTE Gujarat 2023 admission step by step process
How to fill online form for RTE Gujarat admission 2022-2023 ? So let’s get started as following is the step by step process explained.
STEP 1 : First of all go to https://rte.orpgujarat.com website to fill the online form.
Then you have to select the language in which you want to fill the form like English or Gujarati. You will see the above three litas and you can select from them.
STEP 2: Then click on Apply Online
STEP 3 : Then you have to click on New Application.
STEP 4 : After clicking on new application, a new page will open in front of you.
In it you have to fill all the details in “Form A”.
Child’s name, surname, mother’s name, father’s name, child’s passbook, mother’s or father’s mobile number and e-mail ID should also be given in Form A.
Note: If the child does not have an account in the bank, you can connect the account of any one of his parents, but you must fill all the bank details correctly, there should be no mistake, because any scholarship received by the government will be directly deposited in the account.
After filling all the details of Form A, you have to click on Next button
STEP 5 : Then you have to fill the form B in which you have to select the annual income of the parent, your category (caste) and in which medium to teach the child (Gujarati or English) and you have to fill your address.
In case of BPL, you have to do YES and select the Category of the form below. And according to that category you have to submit documents. You can know it by clicking here.
There are two options for the address you can fill your address manually and the other option is that you can select from the map provided. But it would be better if you write the address yourself instead of doing it in the map.
STEP 6: After that, the application number of the applicant will be written which you have to keep and also the date of birth.
You can take a screen shot in your mobile or computer to save it.
Note : When your application number will come into use you can login again if the website closes while filling the form
After that click on Next button
STEP 7 : After that you have to select the school. You can select a minimum of one and a maximum of any number of schools
To select the school you will be shown all the schools near the address you have entered and you can also search the school and click on the option of plus ➕ to select.
And you can also delete the mistaken school and you can also change the order of the school through the arrows above and below. After selecting the school, click on the Next button.
STEP 8 : Then you have to upload the document.

STEP 9 : After that your application has to be confirmed by which you will send your application to a further officer who will verify all the details and accept your form.
Note: Once the application is confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes in that application. And if you feel that there is any mistake in the application, you can make another application, but the previous application will not be considered valid. The application made for the second time will be considered valid.
After confirming the application you have to take a printout of your application.
Within a few days if all your details and documents are complete and correct then your application will be confirmed and you will get a message that your child has been selected. And then you will get a message about which school you have joined.

Things to keep in mind for uploading documents
- To upload the original document.
- The form will be rejected if you upload blurred or illegible documents.
- The size of the document should not be more than 450KB.
- In case of rental agreement (registered), upload more than one page in PDF format, size should be less than 5 MB.
- Formats for uploading documents: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf.
After getting admission under RTE Gujarat 2022-2023 you don’t have to pay any kind of money to the school. Any expenses incurred are paid by the government to the school.
